Yes to some degree I agree with Ricky about some moves of Garci beyond his handler's knowledge. But these are just minor moves that are calculated to ensure that it doesn't go beyond his handler's script. There's a good reason for Garci to be wary about his handlers. For sure Garci knows he cannot operate independently outside his handler's ambit. He knows once he slips he's gone. And for that reason, Garci is now more of a hostage than a guest of his handlers.
